HYDRATION

Make sure you bring enough water for an hour's workout and a small towel as we do get sweaty!

MAT

Please bring your own if you have one for the abs and glutes section at the end of the workout. There will be some mats available at the venue

A FRIEND!

If you like the class why not bring a friend!

I will be offering a free taster session for any of your friends who are totally new to the Piloxing experience. You just need to have attended one class with me before for this to apply and you must be there with your friend (only one friend per class).
