WORKOUT BENEFITS:

THE GLOVES:

Piloxing gloves are an additional and optional tool of the workout, weighting approximately 250 grams per glove. They provide mild resistance which train you to consciously contract your muscles, creating additional muscle tension to improve muscle tone, muscle development and increase the workout challenge.

BAREFOOT TRAINING:

Piloxing incorporates barefoot training as the preferred option over wearing conventional footwear as it is important to strengthen your feet as a necessary foundation and support for the skeletal structure, muscle function and quality of movement. Barefoot training gives consistent, constant feedback relating to your spacial body position, alignment and safety.

Note that there are Piloxing sock options available if preferred and diabetics are recommended to wear shoes for protection against infection.
